Shipping & Delivery

At RPA MX we offer free shipping to Mainland UK destinations on orders over £55. There is no minimum order value. All orders under the Free Shipping threshold will be charged at £5.95 if the destination is Mainland UK.

Our Mainland UK carriers include DPD, Interlink, FedEx, Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and most orders turn up within 48 hours of order.

Some parts may need to be ordered in, and this generally means you will get your order within 4 working days as we have regular deliveries from our suppliers.

If we expect a longer duration, due to parts being on "back order", we will let you know as soon as possible via either email or a telephone call, and discuss the options of alternate parts, cancelling the order, or retaining the order on back order.

Road Legal Motocross Lighting Kits are built to order as they are specific for your exact bike make and model, please allow 4-5 working days for delivery to Mainland UK, 7-10 working days for Non-Mainland UK (Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Wight, Ireland etc) and Europe, and upto 2 weeks for the rest of the World.

Costs for shipping may apply to Non Mainland UK areas, such as Isle Of Wight, Ireland etc but please check before ordering, as we will always do our best to help you out.

Shipping overseas is on average between £15 and £25 depending on size/weight of products and their final destination. Please check before ordering.

Please note plastic kits, road legal lighting kits and fuel tanks going to Europe and the rest of the world tend to be on average £35 but can change from destination to detination. Please always check with us first. We always do our best to keep our shipping costs abroad as low as possible.

To our Australian friends - sorry, plastic kits and fuel tanks can not be shipped to your location, but you are more than welcome to send your own shipper into collect.

Bulk overseas purchases will be looked at on a individual basis and if it is cost effective for all parties involved, we are happy to help.

We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated provided.

 

Privacy & Security

We take Privacy & Security extremly seriously. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

The servers the website are hosted on resides within the UK and is regulary maintained with the latest security practices and updates.

The website uses an upto date SSL Certificate (the padlock in your browser bar) which encrypts the data that goes from your computer or mobile device to our server and back. Every time you enter information into the website, SSL makes sure it can securely travel from your browser to the web server.

We do not share your details with any 3rd parties, except in the case an order is going direct to you from the supplier. The supplier will not contact you directly unless it is for delivery purposes or you have specifically agreed for product trouble shooting assistance where the supplier level of technical knowledge on the product is the quickest and best way to help you.

Returns & Replacements

RPA MX are committed to selling high-quality brands and products that we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed, and we ask customers to ensure they carefully inspect any products sent to you by RPA MX before removing them from the packaging wherever possible. We also recommend that you keep your payment receipt or order number (both usually emailed), which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it to speed up proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

Ordering Through The Website

By far the simpliest and quickest way, you are able to browse our website and "add to basket" any product you wish to purchase. Payment is done securely in the checkout, or if you prefer you can request a call back to pay over the phone.

Ordering Via Telephone Call

We appreciate not everyone feels comfortable ordering via a website, or may have additional questions not answered on the product page, and therefore to assist you the best we can we have a sales line open from 8am - 9pm Monday - Sunday. If we do not answer we maybe busy helping other customers, or if we are lucky out riding, but rest assured we will attempt to call everyone back within a reasonable time period.

If you have connected with us through one of our Social Media Channels, you can place orders via DM's, and once parts and prices have been agreed on we will send an electronic invoice or arrange a time to call to take payment over the phone.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment via Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, Paypal, Bank Transfer (please request details if choosing this method) and via "Paying Over The Phone". You can select the relevant option at checkout when placing your order.

Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has cleared.

We do not offer a "credit account" or a "payment on delivery" service.

All prices exclude delivery, delivery prices can be seen at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We offer free delivery on orders over a certain order amount, more details can be seen here - Shipping & Delivery

From time to time we run "Promotions" where purchasing certain products or a collection of products will be on "Special Offer". This may include free products, or a product at a cheaper price. Please check the Special Offers page.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where pricing errors have occured without notice.

All promotions are "subject to availability".

 

Viewing Orders

You can view your previous website orders and any updates regarding the order by logging into the website, and accessing the "My Account" area of the site. Email confirmation of your order will also be sent to your registered email address at time of order.
